As you type, you'll see matching people, companies, and tags appear live, before you even finish typing. You don't need to press enter to start seeing results.

Clicking a tag anywhere on the site

Any Role, Industry, Capability, or Tool you see on a profile or a company page is clickable. Click one and you'll land on a results page showing everyone and everything on UmayNow connected to that same tag. It's a fast way to explore, for example, everyone who lists the same skill as someone whose profile you were just looking at.
