Early-stage companies are asked whether they're looking for a co-founder. The role they're looking for can be posted publicly or kept hidden.
People can say "I could be a co-founder" on their profile, and keep it visible or hidden.
The Co-founders page (/cofounders) and the Feed match both ways: startups see fitting candidates, candidates see fitting startups.
Hidden sides show up as anonymous cards, and you can start an anonymous intro. The people you talk to are numbered like "Stealth Person #1", and you can give them a name only you will see.
Intros happen in the message window. When the hidden side reveals their profile or company, the intro turns into a normal chat.
New "Still looking?" check: asked every 60 days. If there's no answer the search closes, and it can be reopened in one click.
People who could be co-founders get asked at the right moments: while job hunting, after leaving a job, when viewing listings, and during signup.
Founders can invite anyone to be a co-founder right from their profile.

The partner application form is live (/partner/apply).
Personal referral links and /partner/<name> short links. Signups coming through them are credited to the partner.
New partner panel (/partner/panel) with referred people and talking points.
The "Become a Partner" button replaced "Invite a Friend", and signed-out visitors can see it too.

Organization type selection: Company, Technopark, TEKMER, Incubator, Accelerator, Investor.
Institutions can add member companies and open a closed group just for members. Companies not yet on UmayNow can be invited by email.
Every company page has a public Community tab: topics, official replies, pinning and topic pages.

Posts now have two actions: Like and a private "Amplify". Amplifying pushes a post up in the Feed, and the author can see how many people it reached after being amplified.
The Featured Company card now picks the best-fitting startup for each user.
Signed-out visitors can open person and company pages.

A custom UmayNow emoji set, usable in chat and comments.
A "Write a message" search at the top of the Messages panel: your newest connections first, then other members.
A three-dot menu on every conversation row: mute, block and report.
