What is the Platform?

UmayNow is a business discovery platform where people, companies, investors and support organizations find each other, collaborate and share job and opportunity listings. The Platform is currently in Alpha: features may change, be added or be removed, and there may be bugs from time to time.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Your profile must contain accurate information about you. You may not create an account in someone else's name or under a fake identity.
• Each person may open only one personal account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your password; if you think your account is being used without permission, write to info@umaynow.com right away.

Company and organization pages

• You may create a company, investor or support organization page only if you are authorized to represent that organization.
• An organization's name can be changed only once after the page is created. Its organization type can't be changed later.
• We may remove false or misleading company pages and withdraw a company's verification.

Content you share

• You own the posts, comments, messages, listings, images and other content you share on the Platform ("Content").
• By sharing Content you give us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform, deliver it to the audience you choose, store it and process it technically as needed to run the Platform. This license ends when you delete the Content or your account is deleted; however, content others have shared or quoted, and the recipients' copies of messages you sent, may remain.
• You are responsible for the Content you share. Don't share Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or personal rights.

Prohibited conduct

On the Platform you may not:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or misleading ads
• Harass, threaten, demean or discriminate against others
• Share illegal or obscene content, hate speech or content that encourages violence
• Create fake accounts, fake companies or fake listings
• Collect data from the Platform with automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) or collect users' information without permission
• Try to get around the Platform's security, access other people's accounts or disrupt the Platform
• Use the Platform to defraud users or for illegal activities

Users can report content they find inappropriate. We review reported content and, where needed, reduce its visibility or remove it.

Listings, applications and relationships between users

UmayNow helps users find each other; it is not a party to the work, investment, partnership or other relationships formed between users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or of what users state about themselves. Before working with, investing in or paying a person or company, we recommend doing your own research.

Suspension and closing of accounts

If we find that you have broken these terms, we may remove your Content, temporarily suspend your account or close it. If you want to close your account, use Settings > Delete Account.

Fees

The Platform's current features are free. If we offer paid features in the future, we will clearly announce their terms and prices in advance; you will never start using a paid feature without choosing to.

Partner Program

Taking part in the Partner Program is subject to the separate terms you accept when you apply.

Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from content shared by users, relationships between users, or the Platform being unavailable.

Intellectual property

The UmayNow name, logo, the Platform's design and software belong to UmayNow and may not be copied or used without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If there is an important change, we will let you know on the Platform or by email. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to the statutory rights of users acting as consumers.
